What are On-Demand Art Tours?
This is our full art tour recorded. You may both play or pause the recording on your own time. You may not download the recording. The recordings are played through your browser. Please have the most updated version of a browser to view your recording.
I have a virtual art tour ticket what now?
You will receive your Zoom link by email the morning of your art tour. Please log into the art tour ten minutes before the start of the art tour so that you can determine if you need assistance to log into the art tour. If you need assistance contact our customer care for troubleshooting.
Are the tours conducted in English?
Yes, all our administration and tour guides can speak English.
What kind of credit cards do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards. Please email us if you have any questions or difficulties.
Are tickets refundable?
Virtual tours are refunded the cost of the ticket minus bank fees up to the start of the tour.
